In order to provide high quality and big quantity protective products, we build up 5000 sqm new 100,000 dust-free workshops to set up more lines to produce face mask, flat face mask, protective clothing to meet the market demand, the daily output is 2 million pieces face mask and 5000 pieces protective clothing, all our protective products have met the national standard and obtained the CE certification, both in the medical field and civilian used market. Reliable eye protection goggles supplier, strict quality control system makes our protective products in high quality, we are delighted to contribute our effort to beat the pandemic.
At the same time,we have invested more equipments from our Group company to produce face mask machines in a short time as well , we can produce one-piece face mask machine 3 sets and 5 sets flat face mask per day . Our machines have been sold to both domestic and international market , and gain good reputation for its easy operation and stable performance .
How We Do
Protective equipment is to protect people’s health so it is vital to meet the official standard , it is not for the materials only , it is also for the processing and finished products as well apart from the factory enviroments and instruments need to meet the medical standard. In order to ensure the materials , in-process products and finished products meet the standard , we set up the laboratory as per the instruction from third party and audited by the official departments . We follow the test procedures to proceed testing for every each step to maintain the quality , each lots products have the record and keep samples stored as standard requested.
We follow the medical equipments standard issues by government as well foreign countries standard strictly to protect users health.
